really slow start up and machine freezing

Hi

I am having problems with really slow startup and my PC regularly freezing for no real reason I can see (i.e. not too many programs open etc)

I also have problems sometimes when trying to shut down in that it just gets to the windows is shutting down screen and freezes there

I have been through the virus/malware/spyware removal instruction s and attached my HJT log

I can't seem to attach my anti spyware log, maybe because its 16700kb. Any instructions on how I can do this would be appreciated

Too many programs searching for too few evils.
I see Panda Internet Security, Adaware, PCPitstop, AVG antispyware, and AVG antivirus...

Decide on what you are going to use, then rid your computer of the rest until you need them.

All these extra programs were added as per the malware removal instructions
I was only running panda before this which is when I was having the problems

More than one is unhelpful, and Panda is not the one to keep.

Which Anti-virus should I be using?
Was there anything else in my HJT log that seemed dodgy?
My machine is still slow and the cooling fan seems to be coming on quite a lot
