  1. My computer is a custom built here are my specs
    Pentium IV 1.6
    Radeon 7200 64mb
    256 mb ram
    Sata Maxtor 120gb
    Windows XP Pro SP1

Ok I boot up my computer which I have just formatted and installed windows and it boots up in roughly 20 secs runs fine but when I attempt to shut it down it takes 5-60min. I have absolutely no clue whats wrong because its a clean install with a new harddrive.
