realtek problem

i have problem in my pc the message is :
the REALTEK AC 97 AUDIO properties doesnt able to update driver cause the
(لا يمكن لهذا الجزء البدء رمز (10)
so no sudio on the pc
what is the problem ?????????????

You have given no details about your system so this may not be the right advice. If the sound card is built into your motherboard then you will need to visit the manufacturers site and download your sound driver form there.

tha pc is ACER .the windows is xp .the sound card is realtek AC'97 audio ,i tried to update the driver but it couldnot be able to update
