Recently built new computer..1 HDD not being recognized

ok so let me give you the details of my computer...
Windows XP Professional
Gigabyte GA-81915P Duo
Pentium 4 3.0 GHz
Gigabyte GV-NX66L Videocard
Antec 400W Power Supply
1GB Kingston DDR2 Memory
1 Seagate SATA 250GB HDD
1 Western Digital ATA 250GB HDD
1 Western Digital SATA 80GB HDD
Samsung DVD-RW
Samsung DVD-ROM
3 1/2" Floppy

ok everything works perfect except the WD SATA 80GB drive does not show up on my computer...but it does show up in Disk Management..it is labeled as Unallocated

the 2 250GB drives show up and work perfect...any ideas guy lemme know

you need to right click on the drive in disk management and chose partition then format it before it is going to show up in windows.
