Recieve Fax to Screen - not Print ???

I have a customer who had a 41xx series HP FAX and it was able to recieve faxes to the PC & bypass printing them out.

He's just bought a HP 4355 all in 1 fax, and I'm buggered if I can get it to do the same thing!

I've looked at the Manual etc, EMailed HP {still waiting...}. Anyone have any ideas? There doesn't even appear to be an application to do so.

The setup is XP Home, the FAX connected via USB, all the 4355 software loaded.

Am I missing something?

This is only my 2nd POST asking a question, I'm normally answering them, but Faxing isn't my forte !
