Referenced memory error

My Grandmother's computer keeps recieving this error:

The instruction at "0x01381ea8" referenced memory at "0x01381ea8"
The memory could not be read.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem???

If that error occurs when using Internet Explorer,it could be spyware

has attached an extension to it.Try -

1.Disable extensions - Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/

Underneath "Browsing" uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions".

Click "OK".

- If the above fixes it,then you have spyware,so best post an HJT log in the Security and the Web

forum,and then we can go from there.See HERE


2.Use Firefox or Opera browser for general browsing - much safer.
