Reformating HELP plz

Ok i just reformated my hard drive and installed windows on it but i want to reformat my other harddrive how do i do that cause it just seems to do my C: drive when i want to do G: with out installing windows on it cause my C: has it

try free partition manager - super fdisk.

it can format a drive in DOS.
