Which is more UpGradeable the Asus Zenbook ProUX501VW or Dell Precision 5510; & Which Would Be Better for CAD Studies?

Ebay. I put together a Dell Precision t3500 workstation with 12 gb RAM and a 4-core 8-thread Xeon at 3Ghz (3.3 boost) Win10 Pro for only $110. You might find something coming off lease which beats that without spending much more.
