Go to add remove programmes in your control panel and uninstall anything to do with(if there).

Close control panel.

Click start/run and type regsvr32 /u C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar V35\ViewBarBHO.dll into the run box an press the enter key. Note the space between the 32 and the forward slash and again between the u and c.

Do the above again for this entry. C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar V35\ViewBar.dll

Run HJT with no other programmes open. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

Fix all 016-DPF entries.

O18 - Protocol: msnim - {828030A1-22C1-4009-854F-8E305202313F} - "C:\PROGRA~1\MSNMES~1\msgrapp.dll" (file missing)

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Locate and delete the following bold files(if there).

C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar V35\ViewBar.dll/CXTSEARCH.HTML
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar V35\ViewBarBHO.dll

Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.

I notice you are running a completely unpatched version of Windows. You should visit the Windows update site and download and install at least service pack one(sp1) and preferably service pack two(sp2)

Regards Howard :)
