Registry Configuration error

I have Windows Me and when i try to boot up i get this error.


Cannot find System.ini.

Boot with emergency boot disc and type scanreg/restore

WHAT Do i do?? I dont have the boot disc. I have another computer with xp and if i need to download a file i can. Any help?

that file should be in every Restore Point; Try to boot Safe Mode and perform a Restore
