Removable Hard Drive issue

Hello all, I am new to the site and wanted to say hi. Also I have a small problem that I hope someone can shed a little light on. I work for an organization that requires us to have removable hard drives on our desk tops. Here is the dilemma. I have on system that when you insert the hard drive the computer automatically starts up and boots. How ever it is booting into the setup program and wants to load Windows. Has anyone ever heard of this problem before? How do I get it to stop booting up when the drive is inserted before the system is even turned on? Any help in this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Turn on the system first then put in the removable drive.

check your BIOS.

make sure the removeable HD does not have an MBR and DELETE any
setup.exe on that partition.
