repeating BSOD "feature"

I am hoping I can get a little insight into a problem my daughter is having on her DELL Dimension 3800 that can help me narrow down my T/S quickly. I know there are some things I need to try, but I am not available to work on this very much so I am trying to narrow down my option quickly. I appreciate your understanding.

My daughter gets a BSOD about every 7th or 8th time she boots up. the error codes have been fairly consistant (see the end of my post). Here are some of the particulars:

No new hardware, no new software, no driver problems indicated, I tried a repair reload of windows, I defragged and swept her hard drive. I updated the BIOS.

::sigh:: My daughter is clammoring for a new laptop as she is heading off to college in a few months. I'd prefer to NOT spend any more than I have to. From what I have read here I have sneaking hunch that she may have some RAM going bad. However, my expertise is with Spacecraft mechanical systems, not PCs. I ask for your insight.

Below are the last 11 error messages. There have been more BSODs, but she frequently short circuits the process by hitting the power switch to get another boot started quicker (I have told her not to do that any more).

Eliminate the RAM and HD first by testing each.

If those pass, then please attach 3-6 minidumps in zip format.

All of your minidumps are crashed at the same instruction and this is symptom of software error. Zip 3 to 4 minidumps and attach the zip files here.
