First off I need to make clear I'm not trying to report a download link. This is a only an observation of mine while downloading.
I noticed yesterday that Firefox 46* didn't appear to have a report link. After thinking about it for a bit I decided to check older versions. The older version have the report link. Out of curiosity I decided to check again a few minutes ago and there is still no report link showing for Firefox 46. The thought came to me to check other Editor Picks to see if the report link shows for them. After opening several other Editor Picks I can say I did not see one download where the report link was visible. So the phenomenon seems to suggest that the Editor Picks are either not showing or covering up the report link.
*And for record Firefox 45.02 is the browser version I was using. Although nothing has changed since updating to Firefox 46.
