I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the length of the start up and shut down music? Mine plays for about 20 seconds and I am wanting to extend it, but I don't know how.

Control Panel->Sounds->Sounds

Set the Exit Windows and Start Windows sounds to any WAV file you like. If you want the originals to be longer, use any sound editor you want. Even the puny Sound Recorder that comes with Windows lets you append WAV files to each other.

Ok. I used a program to take clips out of songs and I saved them as Wav files. The program that I use is CakeWalk Pyro. Know matter how long I make the song, it tends to cut out around 20 seconds.
