Requesting Some "Deep Freeze" Help

  1. Well, I just installed Deep Freeze Enterprise, and I'm having some trouble.


    Unfortunately the Faronics website assumes you're a genius in regards to Deep Freeze, which I am not.

    I've spotted two problems so far:

    1. I don't have the DP icon on my system tray.
    2. I can get into the DP menus via my Start menu, but whenever I change something, the changes don't stay in effect.


    I visited the Faronics website, and they said to update my Nforce drivers to fix the system tray problem.
    Well..... it didn't fix the problem.
    Their other solution was to reinstall Windows, but that's not gonna happen.


    As for number 2, I'm clueless.


    Any help would be appreciated.
