Hello, my browser is stuck on: res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm - and will not do much else.

How do I get you a logfile using Hijackthis -

I would strongly suggest going over to the Virus and Malware forum, performing the steps in the instructional thread, and then posting the results over there. Your problem is far more likely to be a malware infection, and just a quick google search indicated that this is sometimes associated with trojan viruses.

That's your best starting point, and just as an fyi - I don't think that they use hijackthis over there. They have a thread with the format they like followed.
