Reset Administrator Password

i'm working on my uncles computer, remotely, and i can't remember the administrator password. he is on a limited user account. i am trying to install itunes and cannot do it without admin rights. Is there a way to reset/recover the password inside windows itself without having to use a bootcd or using the computer physically?

os is windows xp sp2

yeah... i kinda realized that... but its all good i figured it out

No I haven't done it remotely, although I'm sure it's possible (ie remote support running the recovery programs)
