Resetting/reinstalling Windows 10

Hind sight being 20/20 , I would like to know if I can use the media creation tool to reset/reinstall W10 ?
I already have it sitting on a flashdrive so if that don't do it, is there a way

Don't think you can. But if you already have it on flash drive you can do it that way. I am not sure but as far as I can tell the Media Creation tool will only let you update. Or burn a ISO toa DVD disk or flash drive. If you use the tool now you will get the latest updated version.
