Respectful request for Hijack Log file help

Hello All, I did a search and found that most logs were posted to this forum and I hope that this is the correct place. I did read not to post it in another thread so I started a new one.

This PC seems to be hijacked and badly. I have already run Spybot and Ad-Aware and cleaned out some obvious things with Hijack This. The main culprit I think was Hotbar, at least that was the hardest to get rid of.

Any Ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Here it is, I hope this works now, had to change the file extention.
