Restarting

Hi this question might not pertain to this forum but if not please redirect me to the right spot. Anyway, I have had this problem for a while and have no gotten a chance to sit down and ask this question on the forums. Every once and a while and sumtimes a few times a week my computer will just restart itself without warning. Could anyone please tell me how i could fix this at all. Again please re-direct this post if i am in the wrong spot.

Random crashes can be caused by a number of different things. Your best bet is to go to this thread here:

and see if you can rule any of those out. Report back here after you have tried the suggestions there.
