Restoring folder icons/commands

I just messed up the way my folders operate by accident, because I was trying to restore them to the regular windows XP folder theme, which was deleted when I downloaded something that changed the looks of all folder/file icons on the computer. I need help restoring this! When I click on a file folder, it opens winamp!! I cant restore this because theres no 'restore default' option!!! What if I overlap the shell32.dll file with one from another XP O/S?

go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell in the registry and change the default on the right to "none", also do this for Directory and Drive. So do it for:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell

So you select shell for each and double click "Default" on the left and type none in the space.
