Rights to edit Registry in XP

By bghkoyama
Jan 22, 2004
  1. I have an end user that I gave full permission (full poweruser and administrator group) access in XP, yet when I try to install a program, it gives me an error unable to write to the registry %d.
I can launch the application logged in as the admin, but just not this end user.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.
