Ok im stuck. I got my old Rio 500 and Windows XP. I need to upgrade my RioPort Audio Manager to 3.5 but cant because apparently RioPort.com is no longer with us. What the hell can i do?! Am i stuck with the crappy songs i use to like forever on this thing?! Is there another program compatible with my Diamond Rio 500 and XP?
    Help Me!

RealOnePlayer has a plugin available for Rio 500, and it lets you transfer files between your PC and Rio 500. You can download it by selecting update from the tools menu. I suspect that other media players may also have a suitable plugin available so you need to do some research.

I tried that but Media Player didnt have a plug in and RealPlayer One didnt work. I dont know why but it didnt work.

Which version of Windows Media player do you have? I use Media Player 8 with my Rio 800 and it doesn't have a problem.

Plug in your Rio, start media player then Click on "Copy to CD or Device" on the leftmost column. add any songs you want, and when you're done just hit the copy button.

Not sure how different this is with WMP 9 but it can't be all that different
