Ritek/RiData 16x DVD-R Media

A local store of mine are selling these, I remember in the past they were great but I think I read people saying they're no longer good - don't know the reasons behind it. But, what are people's opinions here?

Great? No... Mediocre? Yes. I haven't bought any in about a year or so, but my last two spindles of Ritek DVDs are the reason I haven't bought any more.

I usually stick with Verbatim. Verbatim is reasonably priced, one of the best quality optical media brands and is available in a wide variety of stores.
