Rome total war setup error

When i installed a rome total war it makes error says "recieved error send error report or dont send" what will i do now i tried to open the setup says "verify if setup package is supported by microsoft" i tried to copy the files into a folder says "recyclic rebundant check" i dont know what to do please help me.
