rpen.exe !!!!!!!!! help!

I have been trying to get rid of this rpen.exe file for awhile now. I was told that posting a hijack this log would be my best option at getting rid of this evil file. I have deleted the registration key and everything, it keeps reinstalling itself along with other programs like ptask.exe . Please help!!
