Rubbish Mobo?

Hello.
This is my first post on this thread.
My novice knowledge of technology is causing me no end of frustration.
My motherboard is an ASRock P4i65G Intel 865G and this has Integrated Intel Extreme Graphics 2, and my graphics card is an XFX 7950 GT 512 MB.
After weeks of problems with my PC, the XFX card blew.
Is this mobo's specification, a load of rubbish for such a high powered graphics card?

The firs suspect would be your psu (power supply unit).

What make, wattage, and 12volt rail amps is it?

That info will be on the label on the side of it.

I had the same problems with my 250 Watt psu, so obviously I upgraded this to a 650W Kimpower psu, hoping this would alleviate the problem.
The XFX 7950 GT Manuel mentions, a required recommended minimum 400W system supply, and a 12V current rating of 20A,
The 650W psu has this 12V of 20A specification.
