Run time error.......

So a friend of mine is getting this runtime error -- "Runtime error 216 at 00403D12". He says he is getting it at startup everytime. Does anybody know what this is and maybe how to fix it? BTW he is running XP and did get some viruses, I have been trying to help him get rid of those. I don't think he has gotten rid of the one that screwed him yet though.

Ok I will go to his house today and have him do the steps.

I`ll see what needs to be done, after I`ve seen the log files. Please don`t forget to include the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.
