S.I.V "System Information Viewer", Where the Heck Did It Go?

I just tried to download this program "SIV System Information Viewer : https://www.techspot.com/downloads/1605-siv.html and got nothing but an empty folder....

I tried on both Firefox & IE, to rule out the possibility of the script blocking in Firefox affecting the outcome.

No, I didn't think to do that. The download is producing an empty folder, but that's from here, I imagine?

I don't think TechSpot hosts the files but instead uses links to official sites and mirrors for the downloads.
