I have: 32 Bit Vista Ultimate, BFG 7900 GT OC, EVGA 680i SLi, E6300, 2GB PC2-6400 Corsair XMS2, and a problem. My video card's tv out port (7 pin) works fine when connected to a regular (4 pin) s video cable and a tv, but when I attach a (4 pin) s video to RCA Composite (yellow plug) cable, going to a small lcd (that definitely works), it doesn't recognize the tv. The converter cable works fine on my 32 bit XP laptop and a friends 32 bit Vista Ultimate PC (I think he has an 8800), so thats not the problem. Any advice?

Yes.. That's a common issue. You should get a 7-pin to composite+s-video Y cable - this will give you the native composite output from your video controller without any conversion.
