S-Video out problems on Geforce Fx card.

  1. NeonShadow Newcomer, in training

    Im trying to get the S-video on my GeForce FX 5700LE to work. I have the s-video cable going from the video card to the cablebox(tv) which is then hooked up to my tv ofcourse. How would I go by making this work. It seems that my card recognizes the Tv but I just cant just it to work. Any advice?

    I would try by p***ing the cable box and going direct to the TV.Set up like it was a VCR.
    Use the AUX and change the channel on the TV to 3 or 4 ,whatever is appropriate for your system. At the very least it would tell you if the problem is with the converter in the Cable box.
