Safe mode

hi guys,
im pretty new to this so your help and patience is very much appreciated. i can only seem to run my computer in safe mode without networking and unable to open any .exe files. can anybody help?

After you complete the process someone will help you. I'm sure if you have any issues completing any of these steps someone will help.

ok a bit of a problem i cant download anything. im in safe mode withoutany network. ive got avast already but thats it

Do the below.

Boot to Safe Mode Networking

then..

Left Drag mouse and Copy for Pasting all text in the box below. Make sure the slider bar goes to bottom from the @ to the end of the second exit.

Then paste to the black screen of an open command prompt. All may not apply so ignore errors.

It is a coverall and you may see a few errors related to it addressing something you do not need. This is normal ignore.

Skip no steps (do not install another virus scanner if you already have one, ask me before installing a Firewall).

Most importantly update MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware!

Get the logs attached back.
