I've just got a new sagem fast 800 e4 modem but it just hangs when i try to connect to the net,the reason why i got the sagem is because i have the same model on my other pc and it works just find but this is a new one does,nt want to connect for some reason.
I tried to contact sagem but can't find a contact e-mail address,the ony differance is one says e3 and the other says e4 on the bottom,i've downloaded the latest drivers but it comes up with a list saying please selct your drivers from the list huh ,theres loads with numbers and letters i hav'nt got a clue.
can anyone help or has a got the same problem.
