Hello, i am desperate for help. right now i am unable to reach certain sites as it cannot connect to the server (bankofamerica included...yikes). I have had several problems in the past with spy ware and i can never really get it clean. right now i am currently being attacked by several malicious files, including the dreaded sagispsul. I completed the 8 steps and i would like any additional advice.

*i uninstalled avg before i saw the steps and did not accept the option to delete the quarantined files. i dont know if that means anyhting

Frequently I need to point this out. User action required -- permit MBAM to remove infections.
Code:
C:\Documents and Settings\FA\Application Data\gadcom\gadcom.exe (Trojan.Agent)
 -> No action taken.

MBAB handles nothing that it found until permitted to remove infections.

Rescan with MBAB & SAS (run MBAM first, followed by SAS) until clean or something that cannot be cleaned.

Scan with HJT. It informs what has not been handled (computer restart before HJT scan)

If symptoms remain, post new logs and describe conditions.

Removal of files by MBAM is covered in the 8-step guide and it resembles the following.

Download and Run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. <========= Not Done
