Hi There , I wonder if someone could help me as i am getting the same problem many others are , how can i clean my system??

I have attached my hijack file , malawarebytes and superantispyware los

Go back to Hijackthis and scan and place a tick next to the box of the following object ONLY

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C84D72FE-E17D-4195-BB24-76C02E2E7C4E} - (no file)

Then press Fix Selected

Can you then tell me a little more about these pop ups?
A few other users have the same thing so if you could give me some info on what the pop ups look like and say and were they pop up that will be great

thanks for that , i have attached my files again after another scan/clean

I dont seem to have any problems but if you could finally check i would appreciate it

Ok either you havent selected the files or you have uploaded the wrong logs?

The files are still there from my last post ^.

Right Click on MyComputer icon and go to properties
Turn Off system restore
open IE and go to TOOLS OPTIONS delete temporary internet files and cookies
do a disk cleanup in your Start/accessories/system tools/ Menu

download malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.org and install
run hijackthis and malwarebytes at the same time
select any files and or keys in the attachment I posted in hijackthis
but on both maiwarebytes and hijackthis click fix at the same time.
then reboot immediatly.if you forget to turn off system restore it will return no matter

reboot once complete, run hijack this and post your log here again

As I have already informed you BlkHeartWolf, through PM 30mins ago. To actually post on the forum (so all can see) I find it strange that you would continue this (DOC or TXT)

I have therefore PMd Julio to ask if this is normally ok. In my view it makes the thread a lot more difficult for anyone viewing the fix (ie they must download and then open the attachment (even though they have Virus\Malware issues)
Note: All forums (bar one pay for service forum) post the fix, on the forum

I thought it was just a word thing / DOC thing from your PM
I have no problem pasting it
except one.............if reading it in IE then it hinders the cleanup
