Sandisk mp3 player won't work with headphones

  1. I got a Sandisk mp3 player for christmas last year, and recently began to have problems with the audio. Every headphone I stick into it loses the hearing in one or both headphones and I have to twist the cord to get any music out of it. I know it isn't the headphones, because I have tried them in other things, and they work just fine. Someone that I asked thinks it might have to do with the place that I plug the headphone into the mp3 player, but I can't fix it.

    HELP! Any suggestions?

Get some WD40 and spray a small amount into the headphone plug. Plug the headphones in and out a few times. See if this fixes your problem
