Screen problem

I have a Lite-on LCD Screen, when I switch on the computer the screen says no input and promply switches itself off, I can get round it by switching the screen on a few seconds before I turn on the computer, but timing seems critical a second too early or late results in no input, its worse if your computer in on and you have to re-start this always results in no input and the screen shuts down but the computer is still on.
You have no idea how frustrating this is any help would be much appreciated.

Go fill out the information in "user profile" If we know what we are looking at it helps to find some answers. It might be your video card though. Try taking it out and reseating it.
