    I just bought a T38D and the current resolution is awful. The native res. is 1440 X 1050. My current ATI Rage XL Video Card doesn't allow me select that resolution even with the current Win2K drivers. Does anyone have a suggestion for a suitable Video Card or a way to help me hit my resolution? Right now the monitor is killing my eyes.

    You can force Win2k to select that resolution:

    -Open Display properties ->Settings tab->Advanced->Adapter
    -Click List Modes
    -Select your resolution
    (this works for XP, I'm not too sure about Win2K)
