Screensaver not coming on

Friends: After running SmitFraud Fix I found some desktop settings were changed. I managed to fix some but now my screensaver is not coming on. I have a corded mouse and Screensaver Active is set to 1 in the Registry. Gave up trying to fix this. Windows 7 Pro. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.

Have you looked at the power-saving configuration ?

Find it in control panel or type powercfg.cpl in the start menu search box.
