I am new to SCSI !! and have just bought a seagate cheetah 15K.4 unfortunatly
I cannot see a connector for power on it ? And it just has what looks like a D-Sub connector ? How will this drive be powered and what cables would I need to connect it to my megaraid SCSI 320-2E card ??

    Thanks !!

Having done some research i think it is a Interface Type: 80pin SCA-2 (Hot-Swap) connector ! Have I bought the wrong drive type for the card ???

    Is it compatible ?

    Thanks

There are 68-pin to SCA adapters available.

Since this drive does not support internal termination, you also need a separate SCSI terminator or another SCSI device that can do termination. And of course, a cable with at least three plugs to connect everything together.
