secuload.dll (PLEASE HELP) I can not delete!

This is the Hijack This log. I have run a million cleaners and rebooted a billion times. I can not figure out how to get rid of this. Please help...

Have you tried Killbox

Type in - C:\WINDOWS\system32\secuload.dll - then reboot

Yes I have, also in safemode. I have even tried older versions of hijack, spybot, wareout fix, any and everything that I found in other forums. This is a tough one...

Thereafter, please post fresh HijackThis, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread. Do not copy and paste your logs if not it will be ignored and/or removed.

Also, please let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan
