Can anyone tell me a website or a software that enables me to send many many mails to any email address (that i dont' know or know)?

I think that there's something to do this functionality because i always receive on my junk tons of mails from people i don't know?

Please i need this for some advertisement

The sending of unsolicited junk mail is spam.

I`m afraid you won`t get any help to do that here.
