Serious system restore problem

i have tried system recovery on one of my pc's which is an advent 3316

i select the option 'non destructive system recovery', and wait about 1 hour until system recovery finishes, it then says, 'please restart your pc and eject the cd during boot up'. About 3 seconds after restarting i remove the cd, but then it boot from cd failure, followed by something like nfits is allready compressed. i then am forced to press ctrl+alt+del to restart and the same thing happens over and over again!!!!!!!!!!!

any helpful posts will be greatly appriciated.

sorry, it actualy said NTLDR is compressed

By "non destructive system recovery" do you mean a Windows Repair Installation?

If not, then I would suggest trying a Repair Install.
