Set up problems at verizon.net from outlook

[BVW14]

My spouse and I both have a username on outlook. I am the primary account holder. I have attempted to set up my spouse's account so email can be retrieved both at home on outlook and on the road at verizon.net I thought I set it up correctly, but emails are not showing up at verizon.net. Please help.
