I'm having a problem I hope you guys can help me out with.

I've decided to move away from Crimson Editor as my programming tool and over to netBeans and cvs.

Now, I've gotten netBeans to run as it should, but I'm having a problem setting up the cvs server.

I'm using cvsNT, as it's supposed to be one of the best CVS ports to win32, but I'm open for other suggestions.

If anyone can walk me through the setup procedure for cvsnt and how to set that up in netbeans, I'd appreciate it.

I'm currently getting these errormessages:
cvs status: missing directory in CVSROOT: :local:
cvs [status aborted]: Bad CVSROOT.
cvs status: in directory .:
cvs [status aborted]: there is no version here; run 'cvs checkout' first

If I run cvs checkout I get something about invalid module name/folder (I tried using the .java project I'm working on) or not using absolute modules...

Any help to get this up and running is appreciated, as it would be great to be able to use CVS to keep track of the different versions, instead of having to do it manually (save as...)

Nevermind, after going through this a couple of times, I think I've got it...

Though I'm still a bit hazy on how to create a new version of a file/go back to an old one. So input on that would be very nice!
