Settings: Log in from boot automatically

Settings problem:
I notice laptops go straight away into a user account without logging in.
How can I do that?
May I set a specific user, (when there is more than one user) to log automatically from a boot without seeing that annoying welcome screen?

One user? Multiple users? Limited? or Admin?

I am shamed. I should know this or be able to find it in Microsoft KB.

Some people only have that one user account on the laptop so it would automaticaly login for them (if they dont set a password and change a certain login setting under Control Panel>User)

If you're running multiple user and you're the only one using it most of the time and don't have need to password protect your pc then take a look for TweakXP program that will let you do this, just make sure you turn [the feature] back off before you use fast switch user or logout (because it will log you back in)
