  1. Hi,

I have been having a few problems with bsod. Checked out the system information, and found the following

    I/O Port 0x00000000-0x00000CF7 PCI bus
I/O Port 0x00000000-0x00000CF7 Direct memory access controller

I/O Port 0x000003C0-0x000003DF VIA CPU to AGP Controller
    I/O Port 0x000003C0-0x000003DF NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440

IRQ 12 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 12 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller

Memory Address 0xD0000000-0xDFFFFFFF VIA CPU to AGP Controller
    Memory Address 0xD0000000-0xDFFFFFFF NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440

Memory Address 0xE4000000-0xE5FFFFFF VIA CPU to AGP Controller
    Memory Address 0xE4000000-0xE5FFFFFF NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440

    Memory Address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF PCI bus
Memory Address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF VIA CPU to AGP Controller
    Memory Address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440

I/O Port 0x000003B0-0x000003BB VIA CPU to AGP Controller
    I/O Port 0x000003B0-0x000003BB NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440

Is it likely that the NVIDIA GeForce4 MX440 is causing the problem as causing conflict? If so, how do I amend this?

    Many thanks

    Wezza

Replacing it is the only real option.
