shdoclc.dll/dsn errors

Hi!! I sure hope someone can help me. I have a compac presario running XPSP2. When I try to browse the web, I can get the page to open, but after just a few seconds I get this " res://c:WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/dsnerror.htm ". What does this mean and how do I fix it???
