Short Test Vista Beta

i have just installed Vista Beta on a new custom built sytem with an Athlon64 3700, 2GB DDR2, and 400GB SATA, and thought it should run well what a surprise it runs like crap...

i cant justify microsofts new predicted price tag for a software that will apparently according to microsoft be slower to run then XP...

i was just wondering if i was the only one with this view...

Show me a version of Windows that was fast and bug-free at launch

It will take at least a year for third party hardware/drivers/software to catch up and the biggest bugs in the OS will be fixed by the first service pack. I wouldn't even touch Vista before that.
