    using AVG free anti-virus, on compaq laptop, what can i do to remove this virus beside the obvious buying a good anti-virus, possible microsoft malware removal tool? please help, thanx for the time to read

    Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

    Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
